• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
• In rare cases, order processing may take longer due to stock availability, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delay occurs.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

• We deliver across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• For remote areas, deliveries may take up to 10 business days.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your package.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, delivery location, and selected courier service.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers or campaigns.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. However, international shipping options will be introduced soon. Please stay tuned for updates.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team with your order ID.
• Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable after reviewing your request.

7. Address Errors

Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Sri Madura Masala is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
