1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team via phone or email. Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products received.
• No refunds will be issued for opened or used products, or for minor packaging damages that do not affect product quality.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

4. Replacement Policy

In cases where replacement is possible, we will offer a product replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and inspection.
